Self storage is a convenient way to store your things in a secure location. You are the only key holder and you can come and go as you like during our opening hours. There is a range of different sized rooms to choose from and you can store anything you like as long as it is not perishable, flammable or live.
You can hire a self storage unit as long as you need for a minimum of one month. You can book in advance and you can switch rooms if your needs change. Ask a member of our team to help you work out which is best for you and we will make sure that your experience is easy and hassle-free.
Security is at the top of our agenda. We have a steel security fence around the entire perimeter plus 24hr CCTV. The reception is always manned during opening hours and only you will have access to your storage room using your own padlock and key.
Yes you can bring your own padlock or you can buy one from our store. This is the best way to ensure that you are the only key holder for your storage space. You can also buy a padlock at our facility.
The minimum rental period is one month, but there is no maximum rental period.
Your storage price quote will include VAT and there are no extra hidden costs to your storage area. You can speak to staff about insurance.
You will be invoiced on a monthly basis and payment will be taken in advance.
You can move in on the day you enquire providing that you have all the relevant documentation required to complete and sign your contract.
Yes. We request that you give us 14 days notice before you vacate your storage room. We will refund you any unused storage charges.
You will need to bring 2 forms of ID, at least 1 of which must be a photo ID like a passport or driving license. Non-UK citizens must provide a passport and a utility bill from the last 3 months.
We can accept payment via debit or credit card.
Insurance is standard procedure for storage companies and will cover you in the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting your goods.
